Groupe Estrie offers you quality stays in its rental chalets.
Currently La Perchée du Lac is the only chalet available for rental, but we are working to expand our choice of quality accommodation.
You own chalets in the Estrie region and wish to assign the management of the rental to a subcontractor.
Groupe Estrie can take care of signage, advertising, rental management, reception of post-departure inspection, customer service and even emergency calls. We also offer housekeeping plan, spa or pool maintenance and all other maintenance and repair work.

Mandatory classification
pursues a double objective:
protect the traveler,
help improve the quality of the accommodation offer.
In Quebec, by law, any chalet, apartment or house rented for periods of 31 days or less must hold an official classification certificate.
This two-year classification provides information on the level of quality and comfort offered by each establishment.
